Fraley is an "04" LHP/OF/1B from St Louis, MO. At 6'3/185 he has a very good projectable baseball body. He listed pitching as his primary position, but we really liked the way he swings the bat. He has a nice easy well balanced swing. That beautiful LH swing could be extra special if he were to finish it stronger. On the mound he threw around 80 mph with a good breaking ball and changeup. Steven is an excellent student.
