James Buckley is a 2015 SS/2B with a 5-9 153 lb. frame from Coconut Creek, FL who attends Coral Springs Christian Academy. Small, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build. Ran a 6.92 60 yard dash. Quick on his feet in the infield, athletic actions, long arm action, smooth transfer and release, shows arm strength and accuracy on throws across. Left handed batter, starts from an open stance with a high hand set and stays balanced throughout swing. Short swing with good barrel control and bat speed. Quick hands, slight uppercut in swing, shows strength to pull side. Excellent student.
