Steven Nuno is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from South Gate, CA who attends Cathedral HS. Young athletic build, good body life. Big leg raise delivery, leans back, some effort in release, low elbow dart thrower type release, hides ball well, shows arm quickness for age, works fast and throws strikes. Fastball topped at 78 mph, maintained velocity, stays low in zone, soft curveball spin, tends to slow arm on curveball release. 7.14 runner, accurate outfield arm, Bent knee stance, has some hand quickness, ball jumps a bit on contact, hits to all fields. Should improve in all areas.
