Chris Canavan is a 2015 C with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Wellington, FL who attends American Heritage HS. Medium frame, athletic build. Hits from an upright stance, long rotational swing with good extension and bat speed, strong at contact with a simple swing, aggressive hitter. Long arm action, gains ground towards target on catch and throw mechanics, moves and blocks well behind the plate, quick transfer and release time, accurate throws with carry. Good student.
