Alex Cueto is a 2016 OF/MIF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Atlanta International HS. Lean young build, plenty of room to fill out and get stronger. 7.03 runner, has good quickness and aggressiveness on the bases and takes the extra base. Right handed hitter, upper half rotational swing, limited lower half use, short contact oriented swing, keeps his hands tight, mostly pull contact, gets out of the box well and will beat out infield hits. Charges hard in the outfield, has a quick release and makes accurate throws, profiles best as a second baseman. Outstanding student.
