2013 Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Brad Leise is a 2013 C/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends Elkhorn HS. Medium, lean build with some present athleticism. Shows good receiving skills behind the plate, good knowledge of the position. Gives a nice, low target to the pitcher, arm strength is still developing, makes accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, bats from an open stance, wide base and has some moving parts. Gets a bit long and over strides at times. Hits well to his pull side, stays compact, hits off his front side. Also pitched, reached 76 mph with his fastball. Needs to extend better out front. Flashes good depth on his curveball at 65 mph.
