Austin Perez is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Peachtree Ridge HS. Extra large and tall frame, projects very well. Good delivery mechanics, long and loose arm action, has arm speed, stays on line and balanced well, high 3/4's slot, throws downhill well. Fastball to 82 mph, gets good arm side running action at times, maintains arm speed on ccurveball, has some spin and depth to develop, around the strike zone. Athletic actions on defense, high energy approach. Very good bet to keep improving.
