Kendal Jefferies is a 2015 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein HS. Medium athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 6.80 runner, shows good arm strength in the infield, actions and footwork still developing. Right handed hitter, short contact oriented swing, mostly pull contact, hits under control, will continue to improve with additional strength. Also pitched and graded out as a better prospect on the mound this outing. Basic leg raise delivery, some drift to the plate, quick compact arm action, hides the ball very well. Steady mid 80's fastball, mostly straight with occasional arm side run and sink. Flashed quality to both his change up and curveball, could throw change up more, curveball had hard spin and a power bite when on top at release. Good student.
