Brett Nordmeyer is a 2017 RHP/MIF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Wilmington, DE who attends Salesianum. Medium, lean, athletic frame. Ran a 7.48 60 yard dash. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and gets some deception from his slight crossfire delivery. Shows cutting action on his 78 mph fastball and sink at times. Stays on top. Varies his breaking ball. Slower curveball with 11-5 shape at 67 mph and flashes a harder slider with lateral action. Bats right-handed, works from a high hand set and uses a small leg kick trigger. Hits to the middle of the field and makes consistent line drive contact. Flashes good bat speed. Has quick infield actions and shows good carry on his throws across. Hands work well. Very good student.
