Grant Larson is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 6-4 160 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends High Tech-International. Tall, long lanky build with room to fill. Pitches from a low three quarter arm slot with a long arm action. Low effort drift to plate, lacks firm backside push to generate momentum in delivery. Big depth on 1-7 curveball with sweeping action, changeup has shown solid development and worked it in on occasion as well. Added strength and more use of lower half in delivery could lead to significant velocity increase. Excellent student.
