James Pavelick is a 2014 OF/3B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Surrey, CAN who attends Earl Marriott Secondary HS. Pavelick has a large athletic frame. As an outfielder he showed excellent footwork with good fielding actions and a good release point. Good arm strength with online carry on his throws from the outfield. As a right handed hitter he hit from a wide base with high hands and showed bat speed and pop to his pull side. Sound swinging mechanics with quick hands to the ball. Excellent Student.
