Nicholas Flood is a 2016 RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Surfside Beach, SC who attends Saint James. Tall, strongly built frame with room to continue adding strength. Still young. Ran a 7.73 60 yard dash. Right-handed thrower, worked at 66-68 mph with his fastball and worked consistently in the strike zone. Also flashed an 11-5 curveball at 57 mph. Moves well around first base and makes accurate throws across. Bats right-handed, works from an upright setup with a slight knee bend. Has lift in his swing and hits to the middle of the field. Flashes good bat speed and good balance.
