Juan Francisco Teixeira is a 2016 OF/2B/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Cooper City, FL who attends Somerset Academy Charter HS. Medium athletic build, very good present present strength. 7.07 runner, shows athleticism in the outfield, works through the ball well with a quick exchange and solid footwork/fundamentals, good arm strength. Right handed hitter, balanced stance from a wide base, loose swing with good bat speed, line drive plane, solid mid field contact, has quick hands, aggressive approach, uses his lower half well in generating bat speed, nice overall hitting tools.
