Julius Roman is a 2015 C/3B, 1B with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Holy Trinity HS. Roman has a medium frame with some present strength. As a catcher he had short arm action with online throws and gained ground with playable arm strength. As an infielder he had good fielding actions with good footwork and good arm strength with online carry across the diamond. As a right handed hitter he had a leg kick load with good contact and a line drive swing plane. As a left handed hitter he showed good pop to his pull side with a aggressive line drive swing plane.
