Matthew Anderson is a 2014 RHP/ with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Strake Jesuit College Prep. Has a medium compact build with an athletic frame. Has an over the top release point with a short tight arm action. Has a repeatable delivery with simple mechanics a good demeanor and competes. Has arm side run on his fastball with 12-6 break on his curveball and will mix in a changeup. Has good command of his pitches and mixes them well which helps keeps hitters off balance. Is an excellent student.
