Mark Thrasher is a 2017 2B/C/RHP, with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Sierra Vista, AZ who attends Buena HS. Slender young build, minimal present strength. 7.34 runner, smooth actions on defense with soft hands, fields the ball cleanly, arm strength still developing but makes accurate throws and gets the routine outs. Switch hitter, better bat speed and balance right handed, handles the barrel well right handed handed and hits the ball where its pitched, tends to shift weight backwards left handed and lose balance. Also pitched, upper 60's fastballs, threw strikes and challenged hitters. Good student.
