Cole Stamper is a 2016 OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Eureka HS. Medium build with good present strength. Shows good athleticism on defense, 5.00 in the forty, solid arm strength with on line accurate throws, can improve footwork and speed of release. Right handed hitter, square stance, short swing with good present bat speed, mid field to pull contact, ball comes off the barrel hard, short enough swing to let the ball travel but will be overaggressive at times and chase out of the zone, has the bat speed and strength to continue to improve with repetitions and better tracking skills. Good student.
