Lewis Menendez is a 2018 OF/MIF with a 5-11 168 lb. frame from Hialeah Gardens, FL who attends Mater Academy Charter. Slender athletic build, lots of room to get stronger, middle infielders build. 6.72 runner, comes through the ball hard in the outfield, repeats his mechanics well and makes accurate throws from an over the top arm slot. Right handed hitter, straight stance with a simple load and shift into contact, rotational upper body swing, swings hard and creates some bat speed, should continue to improve with additional strength.
