Will Hubbell is a 2018 3B/MIF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Powder Springs, GA who attends Hillgrove HS. Large frame with highly athletic, highly projectable present build. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.23 seconds. Sets up to hit from upright, even-based stance with high back elbow and simple stride. Naturally leveraged swing path, good lift at contact, good balance throughout swing. Has good fluidity to swing, stays committed to the middle of the field but does like to get the head out and pull the ball with authority. Worked out defensively in the infield, athletic actions and footwork to both sides, smooth hand actions at the ball with clean transfers, threw accurately across the diamond up to 76 MPH. Good student.
