Steven Peterson is a 2018 C/3B/OF with a 6-1 178 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends Harrison HS. Has a large frame, athletic build, room to fill out even more physically as he continues to put on additional muscle. Posted a 7.28 60-yard dash. From behind the plate, showed short footwork, quick exchange and transfers, and raw arm strength up to 76 MPH. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with an open stance, slight bat waggle, and a small hand drop load. Showed good hand quickness and bat speed. Has a short, compact swing with a middle of the field approach. Will see even more consistent barrel has he continues to incorporate lower half consistently. Repeats mechanics and swing well. Excellent student.
