Austin Menard is a 2014 RHP/ with a 6-0 192 lb. frame from Tuscaloosa, AL who attends Tuscaloosa Academy. Has a nice projectable frame with a strong build. Has good repeatable mechanics, with good pace to his delivery, stays tall on the backside, and is confident in himself on the mound. Throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action, mixes his pitches in, throws his curveball with 11-5 break to it, and has a straight change-up. Has a slightly open stance at the plate with high hands, hustles out of the box, and has a level swing. Is an excellent student.
