Steven Ace is a 2007 RHP/OF from Hanesdale HS in Beach Lake, PA with a 6'3", 195 lb. frame. Steven has a tall projectable build that is ideal for a pitcher. He also runs well for his size with a 7.19 60-yard dash. On the mound Steven throws from a short arm circle that produces some sink action on his fastball. He is a strike-thrower that makes hitters put the ball in play, but seemed to have a little trouble spinning his curveball. There should be quite a bit of velocity left in Steven. Steven showed some raw tools at the plate, especially the potential to hit for power. He is raw at this point but there is tools to work with. Steven at this point is a smaller-level college player.
