Sage Diehm is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Nampa, ID who attends Skyview HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength with room for more. Compact quick arm action, 3/4's arm slot, rotational delivery with good hip turn, some energy to release but repeats mechanics well with good timing coming through. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, very good cutting action at times, cutting action very effective inside to right handed hitters. Curveball has good power and 1/7 depth, some developing feel for his change up. Has the weapons to get both right handers and left handers out. Excellent student, verbal commitment to North Carolina.
