Chris Kachmar is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from East Greenville, PA who attends Upper Perkiomen. Large, athletic build with long limbs and lean, projectable build with room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from a high three-quarter arm slot on the mound. Worked his fastball in the 83-85 mph range with arm side run to it, jumps on hitters quickly. Gets on top of the ball and works downhill well. Shows a nice feel for his curveball with 11-5 shape and the ability to command it in the zone. Also flashed a changeup at 71 mph. Fields the ball out front in the outfield, charges in and works through it, high arm slot, good carry and strength on throws. Right-handed batter, starts with an upright stance and spread lower half. Upper half swing, generates line drive contact to all fields, keeps hands in on swing, good feel for the barrel. Good student.
