Jack Hegan is a 2019 SS/RHP, C, 2B, 3B with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Bluffton, SC who attends May River. Long frame with an athletic build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.47 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary shortstop. Maintains momentum through transfer. Rounds the ball. Some stiffer in actions. Stronger carry with accurate throws topping out at 84 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a wide base. Rotational swing with shift into contact. Pull side approach with strong jump off the bat. Shows feel for the barrel with a high finish. Excellent student as well.
