Benjamin Keeping is a 2015 OF/MIF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Newburyport, MA who attends Newburyport HS. Tall, strong, proportioned frame with more room to add strength with maturity. Ran a 7.46 60 yard dash. Shows a live arm from the outfield and releases from a lower slot. Shows sound actions and solid footwork. Bats from an upright, balanced, slightly open setup and has a compact swing path. Drops his hands at times and looks to lift the ball. Shows good bat speed and power potential to his pull side. Very good student.
