Jack Winkler is a 2017 SS/2B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Littleton, CO who attends Chatfield HS. Athletic build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, straight stance with a quiet balanced load, attacks the ball well and gets to his front side, gets his foot down on time and is well timed for hard contact, swings hard and has some raw bat speed, looks to pull and drive the ball, has some backside collapse at times that gets his barrel off plane. 6.96 runner, has good actions on defense, with soft hands and enough arm strength for the left side of the field, can quicken up his release but plays under control and makes good throws. Good all around skills and tools. Excellent student.
