Chandler Thompson is a 2015 RHP with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Pine Beach, NJ who attends Toms River South. Extra-large, athletic build, high waist, long limbs with a lean and projectable frame, square shoulders. Primary right-handed pitcher, works from a three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back. Throws easy, generates some downhill plane and will be able to get more with use of lower half. Drop and drive with lower half. Fastball topped out at 76 mph, comes out clean with ability to get it to his glove side and works low. Shows a feel for his 11-5 curveball with depth at 63 mph. Excellent student.
