Jordan Scott Savinon is a 2023 1B/LHP/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Moore Catholic. Working out of physical broad build with plenty of strength in it, Savinon showcased quick footwork and a smooth glove at both 1B and in the OF. He changed slots successfully from his primary 1B spot with quick turns, posting a top velocity of 83 mph. On the bump, the lefty used a full arm action and high 3/4 slot to create solid deception in the delivery. Reliable off speed stuff should continue to develop. Offensively, Savinon started from a wider even base with good lower half rotation and compact hands to generate loud contact to all parts of the field, posting an exit velocity of 87 mph. Ran a 7.64 sixty yard dash. Good student. Verbal commitment to Longwood University.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
