Griffin Wolf is a 2022 1B/LHP/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Carmel, IN who attends Carmel. Medium frame with some strength present and more room to fill with time to do so. Ran a 7.96 second 60 yard dash. Primary first baseman, worked out sitting back mostly on the baseball, hands are playable out in front, works through the ball some into his release, creates an uphill carry into throws, showcased the ability to throw from multiple arm angles, topped out at 71 mph from first base. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even stance and a high back elbow, takes a leg lift trigger for timing and a short stride into contact, creates a downhill plane to the plate, some smoothness to his barrel plane creating contact to the middle of the field. Good student.
