Bradley Frye is a 2021 2B/RHP/SS with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Lassiter HS. Long and slender low waisted young build, projects well physically. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide slightly open base, has a simple trigger and good rhythm to his swing, gets good separation in his swing and is very direct to contact, gliding front leg load is consistently well timed, makes consistent hard contact to all fields. 7.54 runner, gets around the ball well on defense and has lateral range, throws from a lower am slot with some carry and a quick exchange, good throws on the run, arm slot fits second base very well and will have notable raw arm strength for that position. Also pitched, throws from a 3/4's to high 3/4's arm slot, works quickly with consistent lower half mechanics. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, pounds the zone with his fastball with lots of arm side life. Higher release point on his curveball to stay on top of it. Good young athlete with skills who will keep improving as he gets stronger. Very good student.
