Jorge Fragoso Jr. is a 2021 OF/LHP with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from East Point, GA who attends Landmark Christian. Small frame with room to fill. Ran a 7.01 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out at the position playing back on the baseball, hands work well gathering out in front, long release winding up into throws, gets the most out of his arm, upper and lower half stay in sync well, topped out at 83 mph from the outfield. Secondary left-handed pitcher, well-balanced delivery coiling over his backside with a high leg lift, hides the ball well in the back releasing up to a three-quarter arm slot, crossfires for deception, fastball topped out at 79 mph to both halves, mixes in a curveball with developing spin. Switch hitter, graded out better from the right side, open stance and a high hand set, upper half dominant swing, full path through the zone, more consistent swing plane from the left but the barrel ability from the right is ahead of the left. Outstanding student.
