Myles Butkowski is a 2021 C/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Hiawatha, IA who attends Xavier. Strong athletic build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.38 second sixty-yard dash. Uses a low side saddle stance behind the plate. Flashed developing receiving actions with good transfers. Displayed good footwork gaining ground well into throws with good arm strength and accurate on base carry while topping out at 74 miles per hour and posting a 2.08 second pop time during catcher workouts. Right handed hitter. Employs a even stance with a quick toe tap trigger. Utilizes a middle of the field line drive approach with loud line drives when on time. Showed the ability to create bat speed with a line drive plane creating solid line drives in games as well. Great student.
