Chad Stevens is a 2017 SS/2B with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Fox Island, WA who attends Gig Harbor HS. Tall, slender, projectable frame and will continue to add strength. Ran a 7.41 60 yard dash. Shows good range into the hole at shortstop and releases the ball quickly. Throws from a low slot and makes consistently accurate throws. Projects to continue adding raw arm strength. Bats right-handed, works from a low hand setup and carries his hands in close. Hits line drives to the middle of the field. Uses the opposite field effectively in game action and knows how to drive the good fastball. Excellent student.
