Brendan Siriani is a 2017 C/3B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Carlsbad HS. Has a large build with broad shoulders, clear sign of present strength in frame. From behind the plate, starts in a deep crouch, pops out quickly. Gains solid ground with footwork toward target base. Has short arm action on throws with good arm strength getting up to 76 MPH. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a squared to slightly open stance, high hand set, and high back elbow. Small stride with simple mechanics. Swings on a line drive swing plane with a middle to pull side approach, solid weight shift into contact. Ball comes off hard when barreled, present strength in swing.
