Wesley Alig is a 2024 SS/2B/OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Oak Ridge, TN who attends Christian Academy. Solid athletic build with good present strength for his size. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread bent knee stance, has quick loose hands and a short and direct swing with good present bat speed, can turn the barrel over, very consistent timer, polished hitting tools with a well executed high contact approach. 6.73 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has good hands out front, good fundamental footwork through the ball, solid balance and athletic actions, throws from a lower arm slot with good accuracy and consistency, can see him at second base at the next level with very good tools for that position. Also worked out in the outfield. Excellent student.
