Caleb Daniel is a 2024 C/2B, IF, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Cartersville, GA who attends Cartersville. Primary catcher with a medium frame and strong lower-half build. Recorded a 7.09 second 60-yard dash time. Quick release on throws with developing arm strength behind the plate up to 69 mph. Athletic catcher with good feet and exchange and accurate throws which translates to his secondary infield positions. Throws across the diamond up to 76 mph while working through the ball with deliberate actions and solid gather. Left-handed hitter with an even base and high back elbow slot. Rotational swing path through the zone with barrel awareness and short knee lift trigger stride. Solid mechanics and simple approach in the box with pull side impact and leverage out front. Excellent student. Named to the Fall Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
