Jake Yogel is a 2018 RHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Chaparral HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength, broad shoulders. Up tempo delivery with effort at release, high 3/4's arm slot, very long arm action in back. Primary fastball pitcher, topped out at 90 mph, gets nice life to his fastball and throws strikes with the pitch. Tends to slow arm on change up but gets nice late diving action on it. Short breaking soft slider still developing. Good student.
