Hunter Long is a 2021 C/3B with a 5-4 150 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Sequoyah HS. Recorded a 7.59 second 60-yard dash time. Young frame with room and time to fill out with additional strength. Primary catcher with deliberate footwork. Solid transfers to the throwing hand with a clean arm stroke in the back. Arm strength recorded up to 72 mph with a best pop time of 2.05 seconds. Righthanded hitter with a narrow stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Level swing plane and repeats it well with a compact stroke through the zone. Leg lift trigger creates some leverage through the point of impact. Looking to hit line drives to the middle of the field and gets the barrel out in front nicely. Good student.
