Konner Stine is a 2019 C/1B, 3B with a 6-2 230 lb. frame from Clearwater, FL who attends East Lake. Large frame with broad shoulder and present strength. Worked out defensively from first base as well showing deliberate footwork footwork while centering the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling and works through exchange efficiently. Released from a loose three-quarters arm slot topping at 68 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a spread, even stance and high back elbow set. Loose, extended path to contact and looks to connect with baseball out front. Barrel came through the zone on a slightly lifted plane generating some jump off the barrel when squared. Primarily looked to turn the barrel and work to pull side, but flashed good extension with jump and carry when working between the outfield gaps. Excellent student.
