Andrew Moy is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Manhasset, NY who attends Manhasset Secondary. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Righthanded pitcher, repeats mechanics well on the mound while working to a three-quarters release point with arm speed through the back, filled the strike zone and shows a present feel for three pitches. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, nice running life with some sinking action to arm side, able to stay away from barrels and pounded the strike zone. Tends to slow arm action on curveball, up to 68 mph, lands it for strikes; changeup more advanced of two secondaries with nice fading life up to 73 mph and showed the ability to work to either side of the plate with the offering.
