Sebastian Haggard is a 2024 RHP/2B, 3B, SS with a 6-4 170 lb. frame from Ringgold, GA who attends Ringgold. Long frame with good present strength but still a tremendous amount of room to add. Primary position RHP, working from the stretch only and 3B side of rubber coming set slightly offset with hands at the belly. Deep full arm path mostly inline into 3/4 arm angle, getting down the mound clean with aggressive front side direction. Elite strike thrower with 3-pitch mix, works fast and displayed good mound presence. FB is true and plays well in top of the zone up to 83 mph with average spin traits. Lands hisCB often as it sat in the low-70's with some depth and CH in the mid-70's that showed very effective to LHH's. Reps on the IF, working deliberately to the ball with sure hands and excellent accurate feeds across the diamond. RHH working from a neutral start and uses a very rotational operation overall but made it work. Good hand speed and hit with some top spin to the pull side but when he let ball travel and stayed in oppo gap there was some true backspin line drives. Legitimate two-way athlete to follow in the next few years. Tremendous student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
