Andrew Beauvais is a 2018 RHP/ with a 6-4 165 lb. frame from Claremont, CA who attends Claremont. Long, lean frame with excellent physical projection remaining on body to continue filling out. Uses length of limbs to benefit on the mound. Rotates hips well and generates good direction to plate throughout delivery. Will land slightly open at times. Longer, extended arm action to three quarters slot, shows solid sinking life on fastball that worked 76-78 MPH and projects for more velocity in the future. Has some hesitation in delivery, could stand to be more fluid throughout mechanics. Flashed good feel for the curveball, does good job generating spin, pitch showed 11/5 shape in mid 60's. Did good job of throwing strikes with both pitches. Very good student.
