Sam Bucy is a 2019 2B/SS/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Missoula, MT who attends Sentinel HS. Medium athletic build, projects well physically. 7.18 runner, has some quick twitch athleticism to him that will keep improving with strength and age. Right handed hitter, hand drop load, inside hand path and tends to get his hands under the ball but has good hand quickness and handles the barrel, solid mid field line drive contact, has good direction into contact. Second base tools and actions, makes accurate throws from a compact arm action, has quick feet. Good student.
