Zane Zurbrugg is a 2016 2B/SS/3B with a 6-3 174 lb. frame from Bremerton, WA who attends Bremerton HS. Tall and athletic build, has some present strength, very good physical projection. 6.75 runner, shows outstanding speed underway on the bases with a beautiful running stride, would not be surprised if he wasn't a 400 yard track runner. Right handed hitter, simple approach at the plate with a strong and direct swing, has a feel for hitting and is well timed, hard line drive contact with bat speed and gap power, hits comfortably and with confidence. Very good arm strength from a short catcher's type arm action and release, best future position is clearly centerfield. Very interesting athlete who projects.
