Spencer Nastala is a 2018 C/2B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Alamo Heights HS. Nastala has medium sized frame with a lean athletic build. Defensively he gains some ground occasionally on his pop throws and he stands to throw. He has a longer release and he made online throws. Nastala showed developing receiving skills with developing blocking skills. At the plate, he starts with a high hand set and uses a leg lift trigger to start his swing. Nastala has some smoothness to his swing and keeps his hands inside the baseball. He has some bat speed and showed the ability to drive the ball. Outstanding student.
