Brady Smith is a 2025 OF/2B with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Forsyth Central. Smith immediately showed off the athleticism by posting a 6.89 sixty time to start his event. As a primary OF, Smith displayed active footwork with an aggressive approach through the baseball, creating good downhill momentum while staying on top of throws up to 86 mph. There's clear life/whip to the arm with present carry behind throws. Should continue to see arm strength increase as the frame is filled out. He flashed clean natural actions from the IF with good lateral range and reliable glove work, ultimately topping out at 84 mph across the diamond. Offensively, the righty started from a wider slightly open stance creating line drive impact to all parts of the field. He shifted the weight well through contact with evident hand speed through the zone. Potential for more power production in the future. Posted an exit velo of 83 mph. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
