Cullen Horowicz is a 2021 3B/RHP, 1B, OF with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Shepherdstown, WV who attends Jefferson HS. Recorded a 7.36 second 60-yard dash time. Physical frame with well-proportioned strength throughout the build. Primary third baseman with deliberate actions and shorter footwork. Accurate throws and drops slot with intent. Balanced on the charge with arm strength recorded up to 86 mph. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a big rocker into a leg lift at the belt. Over the top arm slot with a compact arm stroke. Fastball topped out at 86 mph with some arm side run and sinking action. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and wraps the bat slightly. Longer swing path with an uphill swing plane. Looking to lift the ball into the air and has good strength off the barrel. Projects for power at maturity. Good student.
