Keanu Rodriguez is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Doral Academy Charter. Medium, athletic build with plenty of time for physical maturity. Left-handed pitcher with good mound presence, quick tempo and smooth, repeatable mechanics. Displayed ability to work both sides of the plate, repeated long, loose arm action with life to FB. Topped at 82 mph in this look. Flashed developing breaking ball that has potential, once he is able to keep arm speed the same as FB. Overall operation is clean, effective and good right now. The potential on the mound is very intriguing due to current youth. Secondary outfielder; aggressive approach, clean actions/routes to ball with smooth, easy arm action with developing carry. Left-handed hitter with a short, direct and compact stroke. Sound and consistent bat-to-ball ability with some quickness and present hand strength. Interesting prospect to follow with potential upside on the mound.
