Peyton Powell is a 2019 3B/SS with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Robinson, TX who attends Robinson HS. Has a lean build with room to put on additional muscle. Posted a 7.18 second sixty yard dash. From the infield, showed smooth actions to the baseball with quick transfers into strong throws from a higher arm slot. At the plate, left-handed hitter that starts with an open stance and high back below. Has quick hands at the plate with leverage to bat path. Live drives come well off the barrel especially when he gets his lower half through and to the point of contact. Interesting potential that could come very quickly. Good student.
